If you want a package and money is no object, buy Bose. You can't get any smaller speaker and the sound is fantastic. Another alternative is a set of Mission Cube speakers and a Surround Amp by Pioneer, Onkyo, Yamaha etc.
John Lewis On-line also has a few options. See the link below.

You'll need to connect the audio output sockets of your tv to the dolby decoder box. If your tv or dvd player doesn't have line-level audio outputs don't waste your money.

Dolby surround sound amplifiers and small loudpeaker systems of passable quality can be bought from any hi-fi shop and most big supermarkets (Tesco Extra, Wal-Mart or Asda sometimes have cheapo ones (of peculiar brand) in stock). The problem with the supermarkets is that, although they're cheap, they're not consistent in their stock levels of televsion and hi-fi equipment so you may have to keep trying.

You might be lucky and get a cheap "home cinema" set in Comet.

Don't go to Curry's Digital (ex-Dixons) unless you are absolutely certain what you want and you are confident that you know what you're talking about. They have been known to be bullshitting their (less than clued up) customers just to make a sale.
