I dont hate black women-not at all. But i just dont find them sexually attractive. I have gotten alot of hate over yahoo answers from saying this. In questions regarding would you date people of other races and such. I am being honest-now why does that make me a racist?
Am i suppose to force myself to be sexually attracted to black women-even though i am not?

I'm a black woman and I just want to say that just because you don't find any of us sexually attractive does not make you a racist. If you were running around saying racist remarks about us and putting us down then that would make you a racist, but if you don't feel an attraction for us then that's just your preference. Every race has them. Some people don't care about color and race, and some just want to stick to their own. As long as there is respect for other races then all is good. It's too bad you don't find us attractive because I'm a beautiful black woman.

I don't think you racist. Its just black chicks don't do it for you. And no, you shouldn't have to force yourself to being sexually
attracted to them to prove anything. It funny how people take things way out of content. It would be different if you was talking sh%$ but your not. Or what it could be is that you have black females who feel that they can just get every race in the book and would take what you say to the heart and look at you as being a racist. Dating outside of your race isn't for everybody. You know what you like and your not a racist just ignore them.

I'm not sexually attracted to fat men or red headed men. I am not sexually attracted to a large majority of men. I have a certain type of man that attracts me. It does not make me racist because I'm not attracted to a black man or an asian man. I am a white woman and I am sexually attracted to a certain look in a man. I am turned on by certain native american men and certain white men but they have to meet what turns me on. The native american man has to have a certain look as I'm not attracted to all native american men. The same with the white man. It is an ignorant person who says that you are racist if you arent attracted to black women in a sexual way. Would a black man be called racist if he wasn't sexually attracted to a white woman, asian woman, eskimo woman or the like...if he was only sexually attracted to black women? I don't think he would be considered racist would he? The lines that we draw between the races are so god &%$# screwed up any more than nothing anyone says can be right. You can't say a certain thing, you can't do a certain thing, you can't feel anger toward anybody, you have to pretend everyone is all the same when they arent. As time goes on it seems like the only thing we are achieving in the fight against racism is how to pretend everything is ok. I am disliked by many african americans because I am white. I don't just suspect this, it is obvious and the ones who dislike me make sure that it is obvious. It angers me because it's bull&*%$. it's bull&^%$ to hate me because a certain group of white people hate african americans. I have always raised my children to be compassionate towards all people, period. I have always been compassionate towards all people. I happened to move into an area that is extremely racially diverse. Never until I moved into this area did I understand how deep racism really runs and how it feeds on itself. It's very sad. Our world has become very sad and even sadder is that it seems based on lies now. Everything is based on lies.

Hey, everybody likes what they like. I think people are getting the statement "i don't find black women sexually attractive" with "black women are not sexually attractive"--which is totally not what you are saying. I give you props for being honest and sticking with a truthful answer man!
I'm hispanic...but i will not date hispanic guys--doesn't make me a racist or a hispanic hater...i just prefer the tall, white and nerdy guys :)

Well it's complicated.
Really it is a reinforced behavior, part of biology, if you have never dated a black woman, you won't generally be attracted, usually.
You will start off with someone that reminds you of your mother or sister or aunt, or something. then as you meet people and get results those results are reinforced through learning.
Eventually you get all kinds of complicated: Women with blonde hair, not too long, non smoker, etc etc. Your "Type"
Though some guys, it's anything that moves.
I have found overthe years that my tastes change, especially if the "Type" I am with isn't working out....too many arguments with women with dark hair, change to red hair. Too many vegans, go with a smoker.

People seem to use the term "racist" when it doesn't apply. Basically, being racist means one believes his or her race is superior to other races.
The fact that you aren't sexually attracted to black women is just a preference of yours. It's similar to some men not finding short women attractive. If anyone tells you that your preference is racist, they are ignorant. :)

No you are not racist. There's nothing you can do about it. Look at it this way. You don't find guys attractive right? You would almost have to force yourself to have a sexual relationship with a male. In this case for you, black women are just not your type. You're not racist.
PS: HOW THE HELL CAN YOU NOT FIND BEYONCE OR TYRA BANKS ATTRACTIVE?!?!?!?!?!

No. That's the thing I hate about political correctness. People confuse they true nature with how they should behave.
First thing, your sexual preference has nothing to do with racism. Just because you don't sleep with gay men doesn't mean you are a homophobe, right?
People, you are entitled to your own opinion. There will always be racial discrimination and those who claim they are colour blind are lying to themselves. The question is "do you put these thoughts into action"? Having a negative opinion about the black community is not the same as terrorising them or beating them up. We can still put up a civil front.
It's called tolerance. We just have to live with it without creating trouble. We don't have to embrace it.

no its called a preference. I don't find black guys all that appealing, but I am married to a Hispanic guy anyways. Someone may think I am racist, to me I feel like its a preference. Just don't down size them because they're "black".
