I posted another question here about obtaining an alien registration # for my wife. I will soon start the immigration process to bring her here to the U.S. and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience in this area, and if so what were the steps that you've taken? I have a lot of misinformation it seems on the necessary steps to bring her here, please someone help me clear this up!

The k-3 is not your only option. You could do the I-130 also.
