Cellulite can be described as lymphatic junk that hasn't been taken away through the system. There are several reasons this occurs; genetic, improper diet, stress, too tight outfit, etc.

0) There are no wonders. The wonder is your body which you have to activate.

1) First you should find out why you have cellulite and stop it from there.

2) You need to activate your metabolism by doing proper physical exercise and intake more fluids. Perhaps reasonable walking and/or swimming would do. This should stimulate the elimination of toxins in your body. It is important that you activate your system before you start decomposing the cellulite structure. Otherwise, it may be counter effective.

Drink lots of water and/or diuretic teas. Diuretic teas range from mild diuretics (Rosehip) to teas specially mixed for fighting cellulite which you can buy in the pharmacy.

An example of diuretic food are cucumber and parsley. Eat lots of fiber and combine your food properly and in proper quantities.

3) Anti cellulite gels are good for the superficial decomposition of cellulite. Give it a try.

4) Massage is essential. You do need to have someone massage it away, with special oils and wrapping, etc. This could be combined with specific treatments used in salons, where practically everything is applicable and, unless you are unlucky with the salon choice, under control.

If you want to do it yourself, then grab the loofah and start a long battle in shower zone. The success depends on the stage you are in.

When you start crunching the cellulite, at the beginning it may appear that you have more of it, because the deeper layers would go to the surface. Don't panic. This is temporary. I'm saying this because perhaps you are aware that summer is coming :D

I've done allot of cellulite. You must strive throughout. I only have bad experience with peoples who remember of their body only before summer comes, and those who simply are looking for a one day wonder after years of mistreating their body. Think of it as a long term commitment to fight cellulite and you are on the right path.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Wow, do I have the diet for you!

You're on the right track with the water...

First, you may want to understand the cause of cellulite.

Cellulite is caused by fat, yes... but what I a lot of people don't know is that cellulite is caused by a break down of the epidermis skin layer due to toxicity or a lack of nutrients in the skin. I wrote about it here:

http://www.losethelumps.com/2007/01/26/is-cellulite-just-fat/

I did a 9 day cleanse to rid my of toxins and replenish my nutrients, and guess what?

I lost 80% of my cellulite in 9 days! Check out my *** on:

Hope these help.

Warmly,

Sammie

runs in the family alot of times even skinny people have cellulite, try asking a personal trainer at your gym. they might be able to help there are alot of over the counter drug you can use that i know have been proven to work but they arent long lasting and youd need to keep purchasing them so i wouldnt recommend wasting your money. there are laser surgeries you can also do but those are very expensive to so , id just ask a personal trainer the most effective ways to get rid of the places that are bothering you .

Body wrappings make wonders. I tried this and i have lost about 2 inches in 1 month.
You can do this at home, but for the best result, go to a beauty saloon.

reducing the current level of body fat to below average levels.

by reducing subcutaneous fat stores the visual effects of cellulite is reduced. depending on the level of fitness sprinting works wonders to elevate the metabolic rate and to increase growth hormone secretion. growth hormone thickens the skin along with being the most powerful fat burning substance that the human body manufactures.
