That would be like putting a bandaid on a broken leg. The more you try to stop thinking of her, the more you're going to do it. I know it sounds paradoxical, but it's true. (read the link below to see a scientific study on this very subject)
The best way to get over a lost love is to talk about it as much as possible until you can't talk anymore. Also, you may want to try starting a journal, writing down how you feel everyday, no matter if it's a good or bad day. This will help you to see what you were doing/thinking on the good days so you can do it more. Additionally, you will see your progress when you look back a few weeks.
Good luck to you. :)

No... Everyone carries a memory of a lost love - try finding someone else. Treasure the time you had with your lost love. Hypnosis does not work as a brainwash.

I know what you're going thru. I am getting over a 20+ year old relationship and I think about her all the time.
However, getting involved with other people seems to ease my pains, you know, friends, family. Seek new companionships, spend ur overflow of emotions doing something useful e.g charity/community work .It works for me.
I hope to meet someone worthy soon. Good Luck my friend.

Time is our only healer, your broken heart will heal. Why not try to join a walking group,archery..i do not know you well enough to suggest other such hobbies.Keep a diary so you cann keep a record of your feeling and emontions..sometimes it,s good therapy to write them down.
Spend a day beside the sea side.sometimes we need a good cry,a time of realising tensions.
It is not easy at all..but maybe there is a light T THE END OF THE TUNNEL..something good always comes out of negative ones.

When you were seven? Should work, but you will have to tell the hypnotist all of what happened so they can erase all aspects or it will come back, but thats a long time ago, i think you have to let it go to move on with your life, otherwise it will interfear with current or future relationships so you cant move on with your life.
