any good hair stylist to recommend at price range $30-$50?

i'm looking for a hair stylist who cuts your hair according to design to suit your face. hopefully one who designs well for female hair and price is not very ex.

I'd go to the closest Mastercuts that you can find, and get the manager to cut it for you. Ask them what they think would suit you best and see if you like what they have to say.
