There can be so many thing that can cause you to feel this way.
Lack of exercise
Is 8 hours enough? I have a friend who needs 10 but she runs grate all day.

I was like you once. Then I found a book called the "Beat fatigue with yoga : a simple step-by-step way to restore energy / Fiona Agombar". The author make use of yoga to cure her Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Ever since I have practicing yoga from this book every morning and night.

sounds like sleep apnea. It's a breathing problem during sleep which causes you to stop breathing periodically throughout the night. Most people who have it don't realize it. It's very common.

Could be a score of things: chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, etc. The only way to find out is to go to your dr. & get a blood work-up & see what's really going on. Then your dr. can pinpoint it.

It could be depression.
You might have a low red blood count. aka anemia
You might need some brisk exercise.

Smoke , alcohol , midicine , non-fresh air , too much food could cause all of this . Working hard could be a reason , too .

you may be depress, look for a sport or any activity. or hopefully not, may be diabetes, still try to do any sport, you'll feel good, mentally and physically.

go get a blood test. it could be anything from your cholesterol to cancer.
