I think that you sound like a good runner. I have really skinny legs and so does one of my best friends and they are a really good runner and im an ok distance runner. I think that if your legs were to big it would be more mucsle to carry and that would slow you down. If you want you could just work on toning your legs just a little bit more, but to be a runner you dont need really big legs! Good luck and hopefully running works out for you! Its a great sport!

It doesn't really matter. All the people I have seen with chicken legs are extremely good runners. If you can run really fast- which you will know, obviously- then it means nothing at all. If you are a good runner and you are all you thought/want to be, then it shouldn't affect you at all. But if you feel like you can't run as fast as you want to, then work on building up your leg muscles. good luck.

The size of your leg muscles does not really correlate to speed. Look at the best olympic sprinters, they have slender, muscled legs. Besides, if your leg muscles are too big and bulky, your flexibility will suffer and work to slow you down. Focus more on your perfomance than appearance. And start doing more leg training- squats, deadlifts, calf raises, lunges, and power cleans. These will make you stronger and force your muscles to grow. Good luck.
