Yes we sure are!
The more we ask our government to do for us the more freedom we give up.

Yes, it seems that way. The fact that it seems as if the very elected officials that WE the people have put in office seem to purposely p*ssing us off at every turn. No, I am not being sarcastic either.

Look at how they are pushing the amnesty program. Why? What purpose does it have? Most Americans DON'T want it...but why are they pushing it along? If the illegals become legit US citizens that means that they will want to be granted the same rights as we have...they wont want to be paid at slave wages that they are right now.

Look at the North American Union. WHO does that benefit? Not these United States workers. What about the Mexican truckers who can go ANYWHERE inside these United States? Again, it is creating stress where there never should have been any.

Look at the Iraqi war. What has it honestly got us? I am being serious...think about the FACTS as they stand and not what you have been told.

This Government is tearing the US apart at it's seams and it is time that the government started realizing it is WE THE PEOPLE and not WE THE GOVERNMENT!

That's an interesting question,

as a cop, me and the guys talk about that all the time, perhaps, its the fact that people see cops more then ever since september 11, it appears a police state is imminent, that isnt true of course, but there have been an increase in security and policing especially in nj, but it is just that, security only.

NO. Unfortunately, police work is generally reactive. What you are seeing is a reaction of the government to the increase in crime.

You will never see the headline "Crime rate drops, Cities nationwide hire thousands more police to combat the problem!"

No, what makes you think that?

I haven't noticed increased police activity. Actually I think police activity is going down in most jurisdictions since local governments tend to cut police pay and benefits.

Are you noticing more police activity? Perhaps you should try living your life within the confines of the law.
