That im sad a lot of the time? I use to have depression, but I got over that and have no reason to be sad now.

the world sucks and most people are sad.

There are two types of depression, endogenous and situational. The first is caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain. The second is caused by environmental factors ( a stressful or unhappy living situation). If you have no reason to be sad but still are, you probably have the first kind and will need to be on medication to stop the depression. Good luck.

WEll, this is a totally different suggestion, but, if you have no reason to be depressed, do you know what empathy is? Empathy is literally feeling others feelings, emotions as if they were you own. Its possible you could be picking up on people around you, even if their not standing nearby. Is there anyone depressed when you are? If so, this could be the case. Also, here is another "out there" have you tried eating chocolate? chocolate has ( and I cant remember what they are) something in it that actually helps boost your mood to make you feel better.

So you have overcame your depression. Good. So why to think of it now .Concentrate on your work and be HAPPY.
