Why cant you exchange CD,s and DVD'S if they skip???

I can see why you couldnt get your money back but, why can they give you a new one? Am I soposed to be psychic and know that it skips before I buy it?

yes I had the receip that said that I had bought it like 5 hours ago, and yes it was open. thats why they wouldnt exchange it. but if you dont open it then you cant tell if it skips.

I couldn't agree more...was never able to understand this kind of politics either.Very annoying!
