Can someone help me out with this Adobe error that I keep getting?

The full error is "Sorry, a serious error has occured that requires Adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."

Any help would be great I tried everything like reinstalling, shuting down, and just waiting. Thanks in advance.

Did you try uninstalling it before reinstalling?

-Uninstall Adobe.
-Manually Delete the program folder from program files from C:/ drive.
-Restart your computer.
-Install Adobe.
-Restart your computer.
