If G-d created such a world, I would feel sure that it had to be cool because He did it, but I would have a great deal of difficulty understanding the coolness of it. What I find deeply cool about the natural world is precisely what is lacking in cartoons - the richness of consistent detail, the layer upon layer of structure that can be deeply understood in approximation, but transcends our understanding taken as a whole, always offering us something new to see and take in if we only look closely enough. Try zooming in on a cartoon and all you get for your effort is a fuzzy line and a lot of blank space.
