I've read a book on this :
The reason for some people not feeling good in the morning, is not waking up at the "Right" time. It is good idea to wake up by alarm clock, so go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time for a week and if you still wake up in a bad mood, go to bed 15 or 30 min. later or earlier. The idea is to wake up at the "Right" time. Believe me you will be happy, it works.

Put your feet to floor, stand up, turn the computer off, have a nice shower, put your comfy pj's on, walk to your bed and climb in, you can do it, I know you can. Night.
