Hmmm, Maybe in very early labor.
Or you need to use the restroom. As you know when you over ate in the past sometime you have a loose stool. well the baby is pressing your large intestines.

Take a brisk walk around the block. (As brisk as a 39 week woman can do.) Then come in an have a cup of hot water. Either before or after. I prefer after because pregnant water makes you urinate.

You might be in early labor. Try walking around the block or for a few minutes elsewhere... if the pressure increases and your contractions worse, then it's definitely early labor and you need to call your doctor. If the pressure ceases and/or the contractions light/go away, then it's false labor and I would recommend lying on your side with a pillow under your belly to help relieve the pressure.

Sounds like you're gonna pop! Probably arent braxtons. If you have pressure that heavy, and you're that close, you better go get your bags packed, and start walking around and getting it going. Call your doctor and give the hospital a heads up that you're starting. It's time!
