some say its on the verge of a schizm. I briefly attended some masses and found that each church was different. Some were wildly liberal, others conservative almost like catholics. what do you think?

Yes, looking from the outside it really looks like the Anglican communion is in for a schism with ultraliberal US Episcopal church against conservative Africans.

Did you know that all anglicans were once catholics. It changed when King Henry 8th started up the Church of England church because the Catholic church wouldn't let him divorce his then wife to marry another.

Been there....You re right there is a schism., a rift between the conservative ,traditional church and the more liberal church which is accepting of homosexual ordination etc.

Don't go there any more found a good bible based church and I'm happy there.

Maybe they should adopt the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy.
