You sound very dedicated to losing weight and this is a very extreme workout regime. Changing up the excercies, and types of cardio are important for several reasons.

I have been stuggling with my weight for many years, had personal trainers, dieting, the whole bit.

Being "desperate" to lose weight raises concerns for me as you might push yourself too hard and risk an injury. Excercise is definately a good part of an overall life change plan... I know that may sound corny, as I have trouble accepting that concept myself. I'm sure you have heard about drinking lots of water too... well, there are several flavored waters that make that much easier for me to do, and it helps. I work out daily, mostly an hour of cardio, which some may say is obsessive, compulsive, addictive, etc. The endorphine rush is addictive, and given the choice of being addicted to the foods I love to eat, or taking drugs, I would rather work up a good sweat.

The muscle excercises you listed are very good, and muscle weighs more than fat, so don't be suprised if you don't see a dramatic drop in the scale. But you will notice a change in you body shape, and muscle burns many more calories than fat, so you will lose weight, just keep up the cardio, because you will get more hungry working out so much!

I have had to accept that I can no longer eat the way I used to, which is hard, but I still eat the things I like, just less often, slower, and keep up the water and working out. The decision to lose weight is a choice, not reacting or feeling desperate to lose weight... you will reach places where you will stay stuck at the same weight despite doing everything right... the body has these annoying "set points" were it wants to stay, but you can punch through them if you are patient.

Give yourself time, you be in charge of what you put in you mouth and how you workout and make the decision that you don't want to live the way you do currently and then things will change, you won't feel that you are depriving yourself, which will lead to rebounds and setbacks. this approach takes longer, but the results have a much better chance for long tern change.

Slightly off your origional question, but I hope this was helpful and keep up the good work and you will notice the positive changes in your health, state of mind, pant size, and the scale! good luck

First how is your diet? The work out will never make a difference if you drink sodas all day and over eat. Also you will not lose weight if you under eat because your body then thinks that it's starving and will store all foods as fat.

Now if you are just starting to exercise that is way to much. Have you talk to your Doctor and what has he said. Start of slow. Remember weight does not come off in a day a week or a month it is slow going but in a year you will be well rewarded. The faster the weight comes off the faster it goes back on. Generally you want to lose no more then 2 lbs a weeks. 1-2lbs a week is good. Start your self of with a walk 10 minutes 3 times a week depending on how out of shape and how out of breath you get. If you can't talk while exercising then you are over doing it, a word or 2 in between breaths is fine but if you can't talk because your out of breath you over did it. Every other week add five minutes a day till you are at about 45-50 minutes it's a great start. You should lose some weight and once you Plato and stop weight lost change the patter of how you walk or where you walk/ and or add days and you will begin to lose again.

Whatever you do, be sure you are giving your muscles at least 24 in between workouts to rest and recover. This will give you better results. Besides, you don't wanna overwork yourself. If you really wanna lose weight, it's so important to eat healthy and control your calories. Obviously to lose weight, you must consume fewer calories than you can burn off in a day. Drink lots of iced water. Water gives your stomach a feeling of fullness. The coldness of the water makes your body work harder to warm up your body, therefore you will speed up your metabolism and burn calories. Another good tip would be to increase your fiber intake. Eating foods that are high in fiber will fill you up faster and longer and are often low in calories, so you'll feel satisfied. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, (at least 5 servings a day) whole grains (good source of fiber), lean protein (skinless chicken breasts, hard boiled egg whites, fish, legumes). It helps a lot to eat 6 small portions a day rather than 3 large meals a day. This helps speed up your metabolism.

You should change up your excersie routine. That way you won't become stale. When working out work on Cardio, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Flexibilty. Work out at least 3-5 days a week, allowing days for rest so your body can recover. Also remember to eat healthy.

Yes. You need rest days or else you will burn yourself out, tear up your body, and risk severe injury. It is when you are resting when your body improves. Also, train your whole body (even if you have to do a split routine) because that is the largest total muscle mass that you can train. Also, remember to practice good nutrition because it is more effective than weightlifting and cardio combined.

Other than that, you will do great.

Nope. The modern day study now indicates that you'll have intercourse and masturbate usually, on account that the longer sperm lay round, the weaker they get, which has the competencies to make it a little bit extra tricky to father a baby. Hell, I'm forty and I more often than not manipulate to peel off no less than one approximately each 24 hours minimal. ;D
