Why did I blush? How do I stop that?

I know exactly how you feel! And then when you realise you're blushing, you blush even more because you're embarrassed?
Yeah... same boat. But I've come to deal with it in two ways.
1) Take a deep breath and think of something random to get your mind off blushing. Thinking of something cool like wind or ice helps. Sounds stupid I know but sometimes it works.
2) Laugh and say " oh my word you're going to make me blush", you'll come across as sweet and humourous.
It's an endearing quality and can actually help you get out of tricky situations. If all else fails... blame it on sunburn

Because you were put on the spot and probably shocked and flattered that he asked you out. Sometimes when I feel that way I blush. You really cant help it. It just happens.

The guy was probably glad you blushed.
It means, "Oh, I'm flattered to be asked out by such an amazing guy," or whatever else goes through guys' minds.
Plus they think it's cute.
*And* you can't really stop blushing.
It's automatic--you have no control over it.
So stop hoping, worrying, or anything else.
You're fine.
Actually, you're normal.

Oh, I blush too. I can't do anything about it, and it does sometimes help things...At least he won't be wondering if you really are interested!

you blush when blood runs to your face...there's not really any way to stop it i don't think. my friend blushes so much that her nickname is watermelon...so be glad!
