i have made a few movies on my computer with an editing program.
i have tried so many times to put my movies onto a dvd it says to insert a cd-r but when i put in a cd-r it says to put in a dvd-r.
does anyone know how to do this?

you need to pick the correct type of disk format before burning. if making a svcd then you'll use a cdr. you have to select make dvd to use a dvd.

buy dvd-r you cant record movies onto a music and data disk
there cheap go to a store say i need blank dvds and burn them shits get nero and dvdshrink rent movies and burn em.. just dont get caught ;)
