I got raw oysters, planning to eat them that same day, but something came up and I had to go out of town unexpectly.
My husband placed them in the freezer, live, shell and all.
They've been in there for 2 weeks, are they ok to thaw out and eat?

I would suggest baking them. Thaw the lot.
- saute some spinach with double cream and seasoning
- Top the open oysters with the spinach and mozarella cheese. Bon a petito

You can definitly do it, but they have to be live when you freeze them, your husband needed to throw any dead out. so in this case If they were all live your golden. In the future you can freeze them live in the shell (also make sure their in some sort of moisture proof bag) hope this helped.

I would suggest you call a grocery store and ask, just to be sure since hepititis is associated with them.
