A grilled ham steak would be good and fresh blueberry syrup for the pancakes with lots of butter...the real butter, not the artificial stuff! Try fixing your eggs in a different way. If you eat them fried sunny side up, try scrambled or poached.

Personally when I eat pancakes I don't put butter, syrup, or jam on it. I fry an egg, keep the yolk soft, and put the egg on top of the pancake.

Sorry, you just can't beat sausage or bacon.

Also, try a little zest of an orange peel in your pancakes. YUMMY!!

I know it's an average topping but lemon and sugar but if you go for something different try it like a crepe. Put ham and cheese in or ham, cream cheese and parsley, a salad or anything that really grabs your fancy

instead of savoury sides with pancakes how about sweet sides? Like maple syrup, icing sugar, strawberries and whipped cream..(although I think this is what u eat with waffles...I'm not sure about that)
