I like chocolates that are a little lower in sugar and higher in cocoa content (70-80%cocoa content). Many people find it bitter, but once you attune your taste to this type of chocolate, there are so many layers of delicate flavors that are completely covered up by the sugar and sometimes milk in more common US chocolates.

Godiva has to be one of the best. But on any given day, there's nothing I like better than Galaxy. It's just yummy!!!
