I can't decide which one I should visit...

can anyone help me with my decision?

Thanks

I've been to Egypt, it's fantastic. If you go in the summer it is really hot and humid. You can take a Nile cruise through upper Egypt and see all the archaeological sites like the Valley of the Kings, best to go in Spring.
As for India, I haven't been but I have many friends who have. It's not for everyone. It's very dirty, but if you can get past that it suppose to be fascinating. People either really love it or really hate it. I am apprehensive to go because I can stand filth and bad / strong smells. I may have to work up the courage because I would love to see the country and I love the food.

In 14 days you can see every bit of Egypt even travel to upper egypt to see the temples, cairo with all the woderful stuff & also the red see is not far away for a nice tan.

I'm sure India is nice but if I were you I'd choose Egypt

Besides, who lets go of a chance to see the pyramids :D

as for Mr. )^cool$$#?? , you're putting too much politics (& hate) into a simple question.

As for the Indian food you can eat it in a restaurant but do you have an Egyptian restaurant near you :D??

Try visiting official tourist sites and make your decision based on what interests you personally.
I have only been to Egypt and would strongly recommend that everyone take the time to visit it. There's nowhere else remotely like it. A very memorable trip with great pictures!

...personally, I'd chose India.., In addition to having a wider range of interesting places to see,and friendlier people,India's government does NOT have the reputation of censorship, torture, and police brutality that Egypt does, and Egypt should be punished for that behavior by us withholding our tourist dollars to help send the message that such behaviour is not tolerated by Western tourists.., not to mention the danger factor caused by fundamentalist extremists who are prone to asbduct/kill/torture/and ransom us "infidels" for merely daring to visit their otherwise beautiful, and facinating country.., The Indian people are optimistic, friendly, and glad to see foreign visitors, many speak english, and seem genuinely happy to welcome visitors.., Egypt is an oppressed country, corrupt, and dangerous, crime against foreigners is common, many resent our presence there, and the majority of the population are sullen, and exude a negative "vibe",...there ARE exceptions, but as one who has visited both countries, I'd recommend India,...They even have pyramids in India, and the historical sites are more beautiful, and less costly than Egypt.., Plus Indians actually LIKE tourists,...the Egyptians only want your $,...and in SOME cases,...your LIFE !

Tough choice, they both have so much history.

Egypt has the pyramids, The Sphinx, etc. Lots of photo ops.

India though, has awesome culture and the people seem so friendly.

It depends on what you want to get out of it.
