If you are going in for psychotherapy on the 31st of March, which is only a week away, then you will most likely be dealing with a psychiatrist then. Discuss what you are taking with him/her and your symptoms. He/she should have received some type of medical file on you from your doctor and should be aware of the medication you are taking. To the best of my knowledge all psychiatrists can prescribe medication. He/she might agree on the dosage, etc. that the MD has prescribed. Just follow the recommendations given to you at that time.

You must see a psychiatrist whose specialty is to treat your kind of symptoms. If somebody has heart problem they go to the cardiologist, with kidney problem they go to the nephrologist. I understand that a physician who is not a psychiatrist and did not have four years of postgraduation to become psychiatrist prescribed you those medicines. I strongly recommend that you go and see a psychiatrist as soon as possibly. He asked you to go for psychotherapy. Psychiatrist can take care of most of the psychotherapy and only in rare cases they send for additional psychotherapy. One thing could be that they do not have enough time. Remeron is prescribed for depression and Klonopin for anxiety or to treat the symptoms of Bipolar Disorder. I cannot understand the kind of depression that you have. 15 mg is a low dose and if you are depressed you need more. Treatment of Bipolar depression is different than of Unipolar depression. Antidepressants without a mood stabilizer can make it worse if you have Bipolar depression. Most of the time antidepressants are not given for Bipolar depression. I strongly recommend that you go and see a psychiatrist. Your doctor should have referred you to a psychiatrist to treat you illness instead of prescribing psychotropic medications.

Hi!Did you hear the thing that Jesus is the doctor of our souls?Did you read that in the Bible God sends dreams? Also satan can send dreams....beautiful or bad...God wants us to rest..he is the master an nothing moves without Him...not a cell in our body..but as said in the Bible , satan fights against us..

I had a colegue at university..when I was a student..he said once that he was having dreadfull nightmares..waking up in perspiration..I was surprised..he was so quiet..

After some years ..I had nightmares..but I knew..they come from the devil..and I prayed..So..don't be afraid to sleep..sleeping is made my God..we cannot live if we don't sleep ..unless we are angels..sometimes saints ..could sleep less...So pray..and read from Bible..and read from the psalms of King David..you will find out that the great king..had problems because of his sin..and God..punished him...and only God could keep his head..I don't know what is family stress..If you are stressed..get rid of the source..ask the people from around to behave gentle..and keep silence...Make friends..among nice people..and ..good girls..'cos .they are all like a jungle around us..it doesn't surprise me..if everybody would have nightmares..from horor movies..and ..everything that is bad around them...and tolerated so..

So don't be afraid of dreams..just pray before and remember only God is the master ..of mind ..and of univers..of our capacity of dreaming and everything..God wakes us up...Take the pills..if you need..as prescribed..etc..and pray..because anyway...you remeber the film ..Jesus of Nazareth ...men walk because God wants....not the pills..Otherwise..we could give pills to those who cannot walk..and could see them walking...We could get pills and have a right. reason from pills...and have beautiful dreams...But you see ..the pills cannot keep us away from sinning..so ..beter fulfill the 10 comandements of God.

God bless you..and be happy...don't worry..you are young ..and you have a looooooooong life to live..
