You might just hear me in the news jumping off a clip. That's how I feel. You've heard it here first.

Question

I dated this girl for 2months who claimed she cared about me. She told me that she was done with her ex whom she's dated for a year. While she and I dated, she kept telling me that her ex was begging to come back to her life.She must have resolved to seeing me exclusively if she is telling me this, I said to myself. Anyways, she recently told me that she had give her ex another chance to see if she could work things out. She also claimed that we had some diffferences that could conflict with our relationship. I asked myself why didn't she say this earlier? Why go back to ex after claiming closures? I really want to move on, but I must confess, I am hurt. Someone pleae take this pain away. What can I do now? I am placed in a situation in which I have to see this girl every day or at least once a week. Help!! Please help me

Wow that really sucks- but please remember we've all been there- its just a fact of life. I know that doesn't help the pain. Time is the only thing that can heal you now. Just hang in there!
One day you'll realize that her decision had absolutely nothing to do with you. She obviously still had feelings for this guy but was trying hard to deny them (or her ex is extremely manipulative). Either way, you need to let go and just know she really wasn't the one for you. I know that sounds corny now, but you'll look back on this one day and see it.
Check out what you've learned from this. Don't just label all girls liars and heartbreakers. Realize that you can't always rely on a person's words- their actions tell you much more.
2 months isn't long enough to truly know someone's heart. Don't stop trusting altogether but be cautious when someone tells you they love you so soon!

Hey uhh, Michael - I think the "clip" (cliff probably) is a bad idea. A very bad one, especially when she told you about her ex - that should of been a chime to you as to whether she stills cares or not - she brought it up so I would assume she still does. I would say get over it and start talking to other girls man. You can say hi to her in the halls of your school or whatever but there are -PLENTY- of fish in the sea.

Girls are very fickle and often go out with bad boys.. Learn to deal with it.
