How and what are noodles/mee made from?

Are they the same thing as pasta is in the west?

i think its made out of flour...only last week my friend was saying she visited the noodle (maggie mee) factory and she said you would'nt want to eat noodles in you life again if you saw the way they made it....oh boy !!! she said she had ever since given up noodles.....

Depends on the type of pasta/noodles. Some don't contain eggs. Did you know that the idea of pasta came from noodles. In a way, the Chinese invented pasta.
