Your so brainwashed, I have been on R&S for so long, I heard all the negative things they say about islam.

When I go and check them for myself:

1. They are either complete lies and fabrications.
2. Extremely misunderstood; escpecially when they use the (Copy and Paste method) When quoteing the quran or hadith.

But asking questions here doesn't seem very effective in doing much. SO, I challange anyone to debate me and try to tell me there point of view and prove that it's right.

Anyone agree?

Don't be silly. No one can prove that their religion is right.

You wrote, "Your so brainwashed, I have been on R&S for so long, I heard all the negative things they say about islam."

Many people here supply evidence by quoting the Quran. You claim that you have checked them and found them to be false.

But the citations are direct copies of the standard English translations of the Quran. Perhaps you think that the translators did a bad job. In that case, you should explain your corrections.

I think that I know at least as well as you do what the meaning of my quotes is. I refer to the plain meaning of the text. If you wish to be politically correct, that is your choice, but don't think that you can change the meaning.

How good is your literary Arabic? Have you any academic degrees to back this up?

What is your background in Islamic and non-Islamic theology? What degrees do you have?

Do you know the meaning of ZNUT? If you did, I suspect you would not use it as a nickname.

I'd like to think I'm funny - certainly I do my best to amuse.

And yes, I agree that "asking questions here doesn't seem very effective in doing much" IF you start from the assumption that you are trying to radically alter anyone's views.

I do think it's a shame that so many people appear to have negative views of Islam and Muslims which are based on ignorance, disinformation and manufactured fear. All I can suggest is that you keep talking to people in as calm and rational manner as you can, and hope some of it will take effect. Again, with a view to mutual understanding, not in hopes of "converting" anyone.

What in the what? I'm not brainwashed. I wish I were, that way I wouldn't have to think about anything. Unfortunately, my brain works just fine. I actually think to much if you really wanna know. You're actually the funny one. Funny ironic, not funny ha ha. You're far from making anyone laugh except at your lame attempt to get someone to debate your weird stance on whatever you're preaching about. You want people to understand your religion or whatever yet, you insult people who don't believe what you do. Smooth move man! Where did you learn your people skills?

I feel no need to debate you, if I did, I'd use up 10 points and ask a question. If I was interested in Muslims, I'd ask. In fact, I've asked a few some questions and I've got my answers. I don't hate on anyone but, I won't allow you or anyone else to insult people because YOU have issues with yourself or what people think of you. Get over yourself. No one really cares what you believe as long as you don't try to shove said beliefs down our throats or kill us for not joining up.

Sure, we are brainwashed by praying in a ridiculous ritual fashion - five times a day!

We are brainwashed by our Imams telling us how we are the Best, the Pure and how hateful all the other Kaffirs are - five times a day!

Why, we are the ones that say all these "lies" about the "corruptions" in the Bible and Torah, isn't it?

It's we who say all those negative things about everyone elses Faith, isn't it?

Why, you Muslims are the very Paragons of Perfection!

How beautifully you guys tell the "Truth" when it comes to speaking about all those things that your precious Mohammad did!?

Suddenly, nowadays, Aisha bint Abu Bak'r seems to have grown up in age!

Suddenly the "Revelation" regarding Zainab, divorced wife of Mohammads adoptive son - Za'id, has changed, in your "incorrupt" Koran!

Of course, all these "complete lies and fabrications" are our doing, isn't it?

How can we forget that according to you Wise Muslims, 9/11 was done by our Government! Poor Osama bin Ladan and Sheik Bilal Phillips just took the credit for it!

Of course, Mohammads massacring of the beni al Nadir and the beni al Quraish was a very justified thing, like his massacring all the other tribes there.

What Islam has done in Egypt, Iraq, Iran, India and now Thailand is totally justifiable, huh?

Maan, are you delusional, or what?

Cheers!

72 virgins, rivers of wine and honey, pigs are evil, kill the infidel, polygamy, veils on women, praying to a rock....debate that, Abdul. God wrote no books and talked to no man. All religion is a hoax, but Islam is the worst. It is the most violent, repressive, backward, and appealing to the most ignorant. The world would be rid of a lot of problems if Islam were eliminated.

Debating what? That non-Muslims are funny? I don't need to debate that. I think I'm pretty funny sometimes.

One thing about yuor challenge, it would be good to prove to the people that you are challenging that you are coherent. Otherwise they would be agreeing to debate someone who shows little command over the English language, a sort of tar baby, if you get my meaning.

It's difficult enough to understand what it is that you just said, you are extremely unclear. Why would a person want to debate someone who couldn't convey what he means by what he says?

I just would like you to think about that.

Yes I am very funny. Check this out: 2 muslims walk into a bar. The first one says "the sun sets into the ground" and the other one says, "sometimes you need to beat your wife". Here's the punchline: they are reading the quran. hilarious huh? go back to the pit you crawled out of. you're from Satan.

Why, yes, I do happen to hold the opinion that I can say and do humorous things. Thanks, it's always good to hear that I'm funny!

I don't care about who the Quran says to kill - I happen to think all Abrahamic religious texts are based on barbarianism and ancient cultures and beliefs that have absolutely no business in the 21st century.

Your book may say good things, but it says a lot of bad things, too.

Not all non-Muslims say negative things about Islam. Don't lump everyone into the same group.
