I met a 25 yo girl at church last month. she seems confident and she keeps wanting to start a conversations with me.
She asked for my email and phone number one night which I politely gave her so she can send me additional info on the group which she did. why did she need my phone number?
Last week when she was leaving church with her friends she told me we can have coffee to discuss anything. I took no notice at the time.
Last night I saw her at church gathering. We made about 5 silent eye contacts in which she keeps looking away. She started small talk with me again. During the night I notice we kept making silent eye contacts. She would look away quickly. but when she was leaving she hardly gave me a nice goodbye like she did with everyone else.
This girls actions are confusing...

If I were her, I probably wouldn't've realized I was sharing the glances and I'd be embarrassed.
Ask her for coffee or for soda or ice cream or what-have-you.

What's confusing about her behaviour? She has initiated conversations with you, she has asked for your email. She has asked for your phone number. She has asked you to have coffee with her. She has dropped every hint she could possibly drop to let you know she's interested in you, and you have ignored them all. So now she is feeling depressed and rejected, hence the "less nice" good-bye you got.
Wake up, smell the coffee, and decide what you want. If you are interested in her romantically, or think that you could be, make the next move and ask her out. If you cannot see yourself getting interested in her, be polite when you run into her, but avoid anything that might be misunderstood by her as anything but detached friendliness.

She for sure likes you. The silent eye contacts...she looked away probably because you caught her looking at you :)
She didn't say good bye probably because she is getting a vibe that you like her only as friends...her feelings are probably a little hurt.

She digs ya!!! Give it some time though there's no rush. She obviously enjoys doing things in her own time if this confuses you take the initiative and step to her. Ask her what's up.

Stop playing these juvenile games. Ask her out for coffee. Maybe she's shy. If she says yes, she's interested ... at least enough to go out for coffee with you. If she says no, she's not and you can move on.

maybe she is scared... try to show her that you are intertested... then maybe she will come around.
