i love this girl but i dont know how to ask. im just flat out confused. i dont want to sound weird or awkward but everything i try in my heads sounds stupid. i really need some help.

It's a tough one, really. You should've described her a little to get some pointers on what she might like. However, a nice chat with her in class or where you see her could do it. Don't just go as ask her out like that. Have a smooth "insertion". Spark some conversation with her and if she kicks in after a few days, then ask her if she's like to see that particular movie. You "heard" it's great (be sure she likes it, even if you hate it!).
If that's be done, and if your only step is to ask her out, then ... based on how confortable she is with you, either ask her to a movie, or simply ask her what she's doing on the weekend or whenever. If she's got plans, then ... simply say OK. If she doesn't then ask her if she wants to go out. If she DOES say she's busy ... then joke around "you donno what you're missin *blink*", laugh and say you're only kidding. Don't look devastated, rather easy going.
Be you, and be easy going. Don't crack jokes if you don't as such naturally. Rather be a little player with a warm heart. Friendship is always better than nothing, remember that. You might not have her a lover, but a friend would suffice because you just simply never know ....

I dont know your age but the direct approch to a problem is to go in and take control and just tell her that you would like to take her out you make the plans as to where your going out to she is just as nervous as you are when she is approched the worst thing that can happen is that she'll blow u off if you see her talking in the hall (presuming your in school) and shes talking with someone walk up to her and say hey "her name" (providing she knows you already) I don't have anything thing to do tonight and I would like to know it you want to go out to eat if your near the beach take her for a walk there and just talk find out things she likes and then add to that if you like it or not talk about bands music what ever gets the two of you going to find out is shes right or not for you..... need more help just ask

Just say hi and don't seem too nervous, the anticipation of doing it is worse than actually asking... but just ask her, most times a girl will have a gut feeling already about a guy on whether or not she'd want to date him... even then sometimes the surprise factor will push her over the edge to say yes.

ok well this is the hard part cause now you have to get through the okward silence ... but all you do is take a deep breathe, and walk up to her when she has no friends around or tap her on the shoulder and talk to her in private then you strike up a casual conversation ( if she knows you ) then just ask if she's doing anything on a date and when she asks why just say " i was wonderng if you wanted to go catch a flick with me and then maybe go get a bite to eat ? " heyy i should no lol i'm a gurl .

First does this girl know you exist? If not, get to know her. Stop and say hello and try flirting abit. If she is laughing, it is a good thing, so if you have any opportunities for humor use it, please make it good though, no knock knock jokes here. Make your meetings short also, don't drag on. This way, you will get her attention, and not do it in a way that is going to make her uncomfortable. I assume you are in school and see this girl a lot....

just ask her!!! believe me... it may sound stupid to you in your head(or to almost anyone else) but if she likes you back, she'll probably think it's the cutest thing in the world. Just go for it!

go up to her while shes at her locker or whatver and just plain out ask her out.
she might be in shock for a little but she'll be impressed.

Well, you don't wanna act any way that isn;t YOU. So just be yourself and ask her. If she doesn't like you for who you are...she's not the girl for you. If you act the way you normally act, you'll do o.k! Good Luck!
