A diet alone will make it harder for someone to lose weight. In order to make it easier on you to lose weight you need a mixture of anaerobic excerices (weight lifting) and cardio, and well balanced nutritional diet.

Ok, diet meaning you eat less right? So if you start eating more you'll gain weight. Once you lose weight by eating less you have to maintain that diet all you life and not just stop and start eating more again. Make a permanent change.

perseverance is the hinge of success.u must always to persevere not only on diet but also on doing some exercises.make a habit to exercise 4 2 hours everyday n eat more nutritious food as well as green veggies n fresh fruits(those with high fibres).take care.

diets are difficult. but the average person needs the cut their calorie intake but 3500!! some diets also just dont work for certain people. exercise and eat right. easiest way to lose weight

you have to do some sort of exercise to help lose weight even if it just going for a walk.
have a higher energy expenditure
then energy intake

its because u cant able to maintain it...maintaining is very important ,,and by maintaining ur health u hav to knw abt nutrition ,,nutrition means protien,vitamins,minerals,fiber etc..if a person is of 1kg he need 1gm of protien daily,42 types of vitamins and minerals daily,,35 grams of fiber daily,,but we dont knw tht which food hav all this balanced nutrition ,,thts why we cant able to maintain weight,,we intake more and more calorie frm our normal indian food,,if a calorie is more thn 3 hrs in our body its converted into saturated and un saturated fats,if u need a balanced nutrition food thn for more info mail me on cooooolguy_212000@yahoo.co.in
