i was wondering..are dogs ticklish?? can they watch tv? any info about dogs would be appreciated. thx

I don't think dogs are ticklish but ALL dogs LOVE a rub under the chin and a scratch behind the ears! I don't think they watch TV like we do and get interested in it but they like to look at it for a few seconds, then move their attention elsewhere.

i dont know if you would call it 'ticklish', but a lot of dogs really love to be scratched on the butt...like right in front of their tail. and some of them do watch tv (but not all).
and since every dog's personality is different, you're going to have to be a bit more specific about what kind of info about dogs that you want.

every time a dog is on tv my westy watches tv and sometimes she barks at them. I do not understand how she knows when a dog is on the screen when they are not barking, but she notices every time lol. Also, there is a little flap of skin where there back leg connects with their body, usually dogs love to have it rubbed because the mom dog would nip that spot to correct them or communicate something to them. It is comforting to them. Also check out the web for doggie massage.

is this the ONLY info you think you need before getting a dog?
yes, dogs are ticklish. just depends on where. my pup loves the animal shows...and Spongebob (have NO idea why).
please research before getting a dog. make sure you have tons of time and money to devote to it.

Dogs cant watch tv:
1: they dont understand whats going on
2: there eye sight is so good i am not sure they can make out
the figures on the tv
My dog kicks his leg out when i scratch at his shoulders

I know my dog can SEE the TV because he chases things on it, like the puck during a hockey game. It's quite funny actually.

my dog watches TV she watches spongebob and she is ticklish

my dog watches TV when i'm on the sofa watching it she'll jump up and lay there watching it with me... and if an animal or a "bad guy" is on the screen she'll bark at it
and she's tickleish too on her belly her foot shakes and you can tell she's smiling

My lab seems to really like the spot above her tail rubbed. My boxer will set and actually watch T.V. with me, he prefers to watch other animals.

i think theyre ears are a bit ticklish. and they dont watch tv.. just stares at it for maybe 5 sec.
