To bathe the dirty cops. God, there are so many dirty cops out there. Oh, I think if the robber steal the bar of soap, he will get caught and he would not want to drop the soap in the prison shower. Geez!!!

because he left his money at home, and only went to the store for 1 thing. Soap. Thus, in his manic state of rage, he took the soap and figured no one would care because hey, its soap. Thats not individually wrapped or priced, so he ran off with it. Not to mention he hasnt bathed in weeks. His deodorant only masks the true odor. He needs the real thing. So he stole soap.
