um im only 13 but everyone is like bragging about how they madeout with so and so.
and everyones had their first kiss.
i want mine to be special.
and plus i never really had a bf.
i dont want to fall into peer pressure.
but what do think is a good age to start kssing?

I don't think there should be a set age (or age group). Wait until you feel that it's right. You'll know trust me. Don't worry about people bragging. Be yourself and do all things at your own pace!

I'm 15 and I'm in the same boat sister. There is no standard age to start kissing, it varies from person to person. When the time is right it'll be magic, I promise. You only ever get one first kiss so you're smart to want it to be special. Look up "When did you get your first kiss?" in the search for a question bar. You'll notice that the majority of people who answer these kinds of questions were older then you when they got their first kiss. So even though it might seem like everyone your age is kissing, I promise they aren't. A lot of people are just full of it and say things because they think that everyone else is doing it too. It's a horrible cycle but hold on to your goal of making you first kiss special and you'll be fine. Good luck sister.

ya, it be best not to succumb to peer pressure. having kissed someone does not make you a better person. there really is no "best" age. you can be 13 or you can be 30. it really all depends. just wait till the right person and the right moment comes. you're only 13 and it seems like you are very mature already. i'm glad you had the idea first asking this question before doing anything yet. just enjoy life and have fun. sooner or later you'll get to those things.

16 is a good age. When your only 13 years old the 13 year old guys will kiss you like a dog licking on a can of food. Gross right? U dont want that. Wait til you are older.

2. Most of those people don't know what "making-out" means.
3. If you want it to be special, wait a long time. The longer you wait, the better it will be when it happens.

My advice, don't start kissing them till you think they might marry you.

my cousin has a bf she is 18 and he is 20 so probably 81 or 20 13 honey 31 is Way to young plus i think you should Wait until you have a bf that's really nice honey its to inappropriate to kiss when your 13 you are you and do it at 18honey u r to Young but to make yours special make it long save this k honey

any age, but if u want it to mean something, then wait till u have a boyfriend, just like sex, most girls regret having it, because they had it with there, high school sweet hearts during prom, or were drunk or what not, I would wait to have sex, till ur atleast engaged, and I would say if ur are in extreme like with a guy, and in a relationship go ahead make out with him, it can be fun, 13 is old enough

Age of Kissing, It's not age as to when you kiss someone its when you feel its right to kiss someone.... some Pier pressure people push folks into kissing as also to have sex but its up to you when u feel its the right time to kiss that person. If they tease you then all you have to say there are some people who are easy there are people who are shy but myself I would rather kiss the right guy rather the wrong one I'll kiss the right guy when I find him......Keith

ohh man - 13?? waaaaay too young honey..the thing with kissing someone is that you shouldn't rush it...i was just like you but this is what got me by
There was this show with the Olsen twins a while back..."two of a kind"...mary kate had her first kiss with this guy and it ended up being awkward because the guy had nachos in his mouth...ashley on the other hand was feeling aprehensive because she wanted to experience a kiss too - the advice she got was that you shouldn't rush kissing - especially since the best is yet to come - you're first kiss and you're young - you don't want it to be awkward - don't force it - it'll happen when it happens and when it does - it'll be special...
btw....at the end of the episode, the guy that ashley had a crush on, happen to like her to...and he kissed her - very memorable :)
