What is the CRITERIA for ADMISSion into the PACU?

There's alot of info on discharge criteria, but not admission criteria...

There are specific criteria (I'm talking about a list of items that must be met about the patient before admission into PACU from the OR) that I am having difficulty finding on the web.

Finishing the operation.
An empty bed in PACU and a nurse to care for the patient.

There are no criteria for admission to the PACU. It is a critical care area, so they take everybody. Sometimes we transport ICU patients directly to the ICU after surgery, but not always.
