Are you referring to the thing where you have 11 fingers?
10, 9, 8, 7, 6 and 5 on the other hand makes 11.

6. The way I figure it is you have 4 fingers and 1 thumb on one hand. So if you count down 6 from 10 it leaves 4 fingers so SIX is the answer.
