normally my heart pulse is Ok..but whn i go to doctor check ECG,after placing the electrodes in my body,i get nervous and the heart beat shoots up dramatically...upto 120!!!!wat can i do?i want it below 90.

Believe it or not you can control this with mind control - go to the grocery store pharmacy and sit in the Blood Pressure chair they have there. Read a computer magazine or People magazine for 4 to 5 minutes then put your arm in the cuff and push the start button -- relax. check your pulse rate then read for another couple of minutes and recheck - each time you recheck it will be 7 to 10 points lower. Visit the doctor and take something to read - you will be surprised at the difference.

take a sedative an hour before you go to the Doc.
