abosolutely not. next time he does turn the water pump off. then, rip his towel off when he goes to investigate.

If your neighbour is an attractive woman, I say not only is it right, but it would be down right un-neighbourly of you not to offer. On the other hand if you don't want your neighbour to use your shower tell him/her you don't want him/her to use it. Even if you offered him/her the use of it in the past. It's your shower. The real question is do YOU think its right for your neighbour to use your shower? If the answer is no. Tell them no.

How did all this come about? Someone who parked next to you started using your shower? That never should have happened in the first place. Besides, where is his shower?

No, it's not right. Did you initially tell him he could use your RV shower. If so, that's the reason he uses it, insted of the campfire shower.
Tell him, it's dirty and you don't know when you will clean it.

sounds like he's either just flat out lazy or he would prefer to inconvenience you rather than himself.
the next time he asked or came over to use your shower just tell him that you'd prefer for him to use the public one unless he has a good reason not to, and that you arent trying to be rude you just like your privacy and what not...
but dont be mean to him or anything....
just be as polite as possible, but im sure either way, if you comfront him, he'll take the hint and start using the other one..
