Hey there Nick,
These scriptures aren't for Christians only, though they were written about people who are and one day will serve the Lord.

Psalms 91:9
If you make the Most High your dwelling-- even the Lord, who is my refuge--
91:10
then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
91:11
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
*******

He often calls us His children;

Mathew 18:3 And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

and once we have done that Jesus warns others;

Mathew 18:10
"See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven. ........

Notice the ,'their angels'!

He also sends us ministering angels;

Heb1:14 ' Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?'

I hope this helps answer your question. There are more times God speaks about his angels in reference to us. But I hope that'll keep us content for now anyhows.

It doesn't say that we have guardian angels, but it does say this...

Mat 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

It doesn't, it's a comforting thing that parents use. It makes people feel better and safe. The bible only says that "Jesus" watches over people. People may also have gotten confused where in the bible angels appeared to prophets and guided them to the right way. That doesn't mean that everyone has a guardian angel, there have just been a few instances in the bible where people have.
