Is it a sign of nutrition deficiency? Is it because I eat too much fried food (Popeye's)?

I don't suppose I'm dirty because I shower frequently.

The rashes are not all over my body. They are just some on my arms and legs and I have no idea why.

Please help me figure it out, and also recommend me some skin products to get rid of them.

Thanks a bunch!

It could quite possibly be a form of psoriasis. I was diagnosed with a different form a few years ago but it went away eventually. Try Cetaphil Moisturizer for topical treatment

If symptoms persist, ask your physician about a dermatologist to go to and he will tell you more.

You actually can get a rash from nutritional deficiencies. You can get a rash if you have Celiac disease and your stomach doesn't absorb vitamins. The rash would be on your knees, elbows and buttocks. Always go to a doctor if you have a rash.

You probably have dry skin, wintertime, is real bad for this, which it itches and then causes a rash like appearance, and can drive you crazy. Try to take cooler baths, I know warmer water feels better, use baby oil in bath water, use olay skin quencher, and drink plenty of water/ Hope this helps.

You don't get rashes from nutrition deficeits. It's usually an antihistamine reaction to something you touched or ate probably. Benadryl lotion or cream will help the rashes go away in time.
