I like to lift weights around 1 PM because that is when my energy level is the highest and I can lift the most. I also heard that you get more from your workout if you lift weigts when your energy level is the highest. Is this true? What if I lift weights at around 6 PM. Will I still see as much results? What's the deal?

If you do the same amount of work you'll get the same results. The idea with this is since you have more energy early in the afternoon you'll work harder.

Why does it matter when you work out? Do your muscles know the time of day? Work out whenever you feel like working out and forget all the nonsense you hear.
