In my personal opinion the absoloute best raingear in golf is the Adidas Clima Proof Storm gear. Not only does it keep you completely dry, it's also windproof, comfortable to swing in, has waterproof zippers, and almost totaly silent when swinging. On top of all that it breathes well too.
I've owned FootJoy, Ashworth and Nike raingear in the past and none of them compare to the Adidas rain gear.
Check out the link below!

hope this helps and happy golfing!

Check out the new Sun Mountain raingear. The sales rep told me that most of the tour players are wearing it now. Sun Mountain makes the gear, but puts the players' sponsor's name on it, instead of Sun Mountain. It is soft and quiet -- more like a warm-up suit, but is completely waterproof. I tried on a suit at the PGA Merchandise Show this winter and loved it. Watch out, Gore-Tex!
