Yes, it can !! Spring is a bad time for it also, if you are troubled with it alot , you may want to go to doctor, and he can give you some allergy medicine, that will relieve those symptoms.

yes. I can't be around most perfumes. It feels like my lungs are shutting down. Too bad most men and woman have to take a bath in it.

YES, I'VE ALLERGIES AND I EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE. IT'S HARD TO BREATHE AS IF YOUR LUNG IS SHRINKING. THOSE WHO HAD ASTHMA ARE ALSO ALLERGIC TO SOME ALLERGEN MAKING THEM SUFFOCATE...
