1 Kg of protein will have hardly any effect on your physique.
Think about it, it's only 1 Kg. It can never add more than 1 Kg to your body.
In order to build muscle, you need to feed your body more than it needs to run. And you need to do this every day for an extended period of time.
You need to add a bit of muscle mass if you want to tone up. And don't worry, you're not going to suddenly start growing freakishly huge muscles. It takes competitive bodybuilders years of effort to look like they do.
I don't really have the space to give you much info here. So feel free to email me, and I will try to help you.

I take this approximately half-hour after I figure out with creatine (capsule). I learn a piece of writing in Muscle & Fitness that Soy protien is fine earlier than you figure out and Whey is fine once you figure out. If you work out regularly, you will become "toned" or "buffed up", it's just the matter of time.
Protein supplements are really for those extreme body builders.

I work out myself, and it's more than likely to make you bulge.
I suggest to continue working out.
Results like that don't show up quickly.
