Does it mean I love you too? my gf continues to speak japanese and im trying my hardest to understand o_o

"Atashi" is the more girly way to say I, me, or myself. "Mo" makes it "me too". So if you tell her "I love you" and she says "(W)atashi mo" then yes, it's a way of saying she loves you too.

previous two users are right-

"atashi" is used by girls to cutely say "watashi" meaning "I"..

so in that case, if you say "i love you" to her and she says "atashi mo" then it means "me too"
