Ok, here it goes whenever my dad buys take out food I can't help but to have alot of it because it tastes and smells incredible! But I am on a diet, I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I binge on everything now adays. I was on a diet plan for about 1 to 2 weeks and then I am suddenly off of it. I am an emotional eater too, almost been. I think that could have something to do with it. I eat out of boredom, when I am sad/depressed, angry, even happy times. Sorry I know I am complaining very much but I need help can someone help me get on with my diet? Has anyone been through this like me? If so share your experiences and how you went through with it. it's very common to go through this. one thing you should remember when you are dieting is not to deprive yourself. don't starve yourself, that can be why you binge eat too. you're body is letting you know you're doing wrong. eat 3 meals a day and make sure you eat 3 healthy snacks as well, in between meals so that you don't get too hungry also. have something sweet every now and then to make sure you can cut the cravings everyone has. also, make sure you stay active this helps more than the diets do anyways!

find someone you can talk to when you're sad, angry and even when you're happy. it helps to talk to people.

hey! i know exactly how u feel! i was the same, because whenever my mum or dad bought fast food i'd eat heaps even though i was tryng to stay on my diet.. After i ate it i felt horrible cause i knew i shouldnt have because it wasn't part of my diet. But then i realised i could try n fix this problem, so instead of cutting the fast food right out i ate less of it- by sharing it with my brothers n sister or getting smaller meals. So then i could still eat fast food but not as much. It's okay to have abit of fast food every now n again but not too often.. if u fill up on water before u eat it you should already feel abit full from the water.

Yes, it has happened to me.
I think when you realize what all that good tasting, incredible food that's loaded with stuff we shouldn't put in our bodies is causing our health to deteriorate; WE (everybody) will wake up and start being good to ourselves.
I had an experience where I had some blood work done and they told me on the phone that my cholesterol was too high and I needed to go on Lipitor. Well, I didn't want to do that because the side effect of these drugs make other things go wrong in us. Plus, I didn't want to pay the high cost of the medication. I told them I would discuss it with the doctor when I had my next appointment in nine more days. I got to thinking about it and the next morning I went on this diet that I had used about four years ago that worked really well. This diet works for a short time but it's not one you could live on for very long. Well, I lost fifteen pounds in 9 days. I wanted to show the doctor that I was serious. If you want to live a healthy life and feel and look good; you need to get serious about your health. You don't want to end up with all kinds of diseases because you neglected yourself. Just this one problem that I was having could cause a stroke or a heart attack. I decided to stay on a diet until I got my weight down to normal where I wouldn't be at risk.
Please do this for yourself too. Have you been checked at the doctor? Let your health be first in your life. You don't want to end up with diseases and problems.

I have that too where you dont wanna eat so much but you end up doing it,it sucks ,but Ive been trying. I am currently drinking alot of water and still eating ,its not healthy to just stop eating all together,I just cut back on how much i eat,or try to cut back,and like i said i drink alot of water.Eat lite and drink a bunch of water,its helping and EXCERCISE.lol

Your Dad needs to help you, to be your partner here. You need to tell him that it is impossible for you to eat it if he doesn't bring it in the house!
