It would be a really good idea to speak to your vet. When an animal is under anaesthesia, it's possible for the blood pressure to drop a bit low (a lot of places don't actually monitor this) which can damage the kidneys. Increased drinking and urination would be consistent with this.

Assuming the vet used some sort of sedative to do the cleaning, your dog could be having some kind of reaction to the sedative. I would call the vet to make sure and see if they need to give him/her something to combat the reaction or if it is something that would go away once the medicine was completely out of his system. Either way, definitely call the vet to confirm what is wrong.

if this is JUST after the cleaning and you have not noticed it otherwise, it may the the anesthesia... HOWEVER, those are signs of diabetes also...
never hurts to call your vet.
