I want to look at .tga pictures with Windows Picture & Fax viewer, since it's fast, easy, and uncluttered, but it won't view them. Is there any way to allow it to show them? Or perhaps, a similar program (I don't need to edit them, just to view them) that will allow me?

Sorry, I would prefer a free one if possible. It's not enough of an inconvenience that I'd pay for a fix.

Open Windows Explorer and go to where your photos are. Right Click on a photo and choose properties. Click on the Opens With "Change" button and change it to the viewer you want to use.
