i want to get abs in 10 weeks. i am skinny and dont have any extra fat on my stomache. will running help get more noticable results

Check with a gym in your town what you need to do to bulk up..thay will help and if it doesn't work out then you can always pick up a six pack at the liquor store...lol.....hope you get great results though...sorry about the 6 pack thing but i'm a little twisted so i had to do it

Running usually isn't going to help the core. The core, I THINK, consits of mostly fast twitch muscles. Running helps the slow twitch, unless you're a sprinter. Anyways

Running is great but if you're already thin and want a 6-pack you'll want to isolate the abs more.
