it says from a govt website:

http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/broch/c12.htm

For New Drivers Age 18 and Older

If you are age 18 or older when you pass your road test for a driver license, or obtain a license following revocation, you will be on probation for six months.

If you are convicted of speeding, reckless driving, following too closely; participating in a speed contest, or two other traffic violations while on probation, your license will be suspended for 60 days. If you are found guilty of committing one of the above violations, or two other moving violations during this second probation period, your license will be revoked for at least six months. When the revocation or suspension ends, you will be on probation for another six months.

is this true?? pls help me!!

Typically, your license is only suspended if you don't pay your ticket, by a specific date, or if you have too many violations( or points). However, it will be for the judge to decide.

U would probably have to look up NY state law, I live in minnesota and u only get ur license taken away for 3 tickets in one year, drunk driving, or failure to pay a fine.

I know in Ca if you lose your license for something as you are talking about your work (if they varify your license) will be told that your license is suspended but you are still able to drive company owned vehicles.

Sometimes the judge will give you work driving prevelages, if you get pulled over you just show the court order and more than likely if you are in the right place and the right time you will be ok.

Go to traffic court.
Pleading will probably only cost half fine/points.
Fight it, you take your chances.

You might or might not get suspended. You might lose your job, but it depends what your job is.
