I'm 17 yrs old. Stands 5'5 1/2" weighs 110 lbs. and my waist line is 28 and I want a 25 at least. I need to lose that tummy before hitting the beach. I really need help.

honey been trying for ages to do that without exercising and still havent been able to get the magic formula for it so i guess that the old age formula of workouts is only the best and swimming being really great for it. dont worry about people looking at you just do it cos after few weeks you will have that figure you are looking for :)

1-Stop eating foods that you feel that it is difficult for your body to digest.
Make the immupro test to know what kind of food that is restricting your Metabolism.
2-Stop any medicine you are taking.
3-Do some sport.
4-Drink more water.

I'm 11 and i swam, and if you get good at it, the average swimmer sweats about 4 cups a day.
